In this picture you can see that we have constructed a base called a raft.The raft is 3×3 x 300 mm deep in side the raft there is a toe of around 500mm to all the outside edges .A raft is completelydifferent than a strip footing but has the benefit of allowing more movement .This work is in progress in Rainham Essex

To day the company place a small order to our building suppliers from Southend   on sea for a 300mm inverted man hole.The man hole will be used on a job in Gt Wakening Essex as part of an extension project that we have recently been successful in winning.

Here we have a suspended concrete floor that was installed in an extension in southend on sea essex .As you can clearly see that the floor is some 18 inches above the ground level from the over site,In the long beams that run from side to side of the outside walls are the floor blocks that fit in the rebaits inside the concrete beams.

This tool is called a theodolite it is for transferring levels from footing or just about anything .It is a very important tool that is very accurate .

It stands on its on tripod and is self leveling it comes with a staff that some one would hold

Here  we have another extension in progress in Leigh on Sea Essex .The main part of the build is in block work anD will be a set render finish.This type of work is quite involved as you can see .It can sometimes take up most of the garden as you can all materials are supply by us inc the scaffolding in the picture.

A small extension that we are building for a client in Westcliff on sea Essex .The extension is for a downstairs toilet and shower room.As you can see from the picture that we are now ready for the rendering of the block work that is now completed. This project is priced around the £15k and would put around £20k on the house.

This extention is in Southend on sea and is clearly underway.We will be finished in around 4 working weeks .As you can see we have the roof on and the scaffolding is all around the job.This extention is almost as big as the house it has 2 extra beed rooms and a second loungr and bathroom to the upper floors.All the out side will be of render finish to match the exsisting house.
