Great news we have been selected by a new client to build them a detached four bedroom House in Burn-ham in Essex

As you can see in this picture we as in the mist of the new drive way of a new build in Southend on Sea Essex .We shall be handing the build back to the client quite shortly .All the works from start to finish were carried out by Johns brickwork ltd and at all stages of the build overseen by the Southend on sea building inspectors and the nhbc .

Here we are constructing a large build in Rainham Essex for a client the build now has just received the trusses and is ready for the roof to be tile .At johns brickwork we carry out all types of works from a small garden wall to as you can see a complete build all works are over seen by the building inspectors and the inspector of the nhbc

Here we have under way a construction of a new build in Southend on sea Essex .We are installing the roof tile that are made from slates the tiles were sourced from or suppliers in Essex and were fitted buy us Johns brickwork ltd .We have since completed all the necessary works on this project and all the works were passed of by the Nhbc and local building inspectors from the brough council.

In this picture you can clearly see a new stair case that we have installed for one of our customers .This is a basic type of stair case called a straightrun .The stair are made out of soft wood timber and mdf there are finished off with the standard balustradesas shown in the picture.When rubbed down and painted i think that you will agree that it will complement the house and its finish Essex builders johns brickwork ltd
