On this project we build a small extension to the rear of the customers house and completely installed a shower toilet and hand basin. Once the whites were all installed we completely tiled all surfaces for the client as per plans we sourced all the materialsfor the inside from a local builder merchants.We carried out this project around February of this year

Here we have a soak away being installed by us in Rochford Essex .The rainwater that goes into your guttering will go down a down pipe and run under the garden a fall into the soak away.The Dimension of the soak away are 1mx1mx1meter deep. There are sometimes up to three soak away on large houses.

On this work in Rayleigh Essex we had to build in a steel beam and in the web of the steel you can clearly see the floor joists that have been inserted in it.This was a complex project but with our expertize and man power the works were completed and finished on time and to the satisfaction of the Rayleighbuilding inspector,We are Essex builders based in Essex

This work was to make an opening in the out side wall .We had to insert two concrete lintels to support the external was with these .
